21.1  Relief Events

If and to the extent that a Relief Event:

(a)  is the direct cause of a delay in the achievement of the Planned Service Commencement Date or a Milestone Completion Date (Projected); and/or

(b)  adversely affects the ability of the Service Provider to perform any of its obligations under this Contract,

then the Service Provider is entitled to apply for relief from any rights of the Authority arising under clause 41 (Termination by the Authority).
