26.4  No Additional Payment

Save as expressly set out in this Contract (during the Core Investment Programme Period only) the Service Provider shall have no entitlement to receive any payment from the Authority, and shall not make any claim against the Authority, in respect of reimbursement of any costs or expenses suffered or to be suffered or incurred by the Service Provider.
