26.5  Draft Monthly Payment Report

Within five (5) Business Days after the first day of each Month, the Service Provider shall deliver to the Authority a Draft Monthly Payment Report containing the information required for the purposes of the calculation (as set out in paragraph 2.5 of Part 1 of the Payment Mechanism) of the Monthly Payment in respect of the previous Month.
