26.6  Monthly Payment Meeting

The parties shall meet no earlier than five (5) Business Days and no later than ten (10) Business Days after the date of receipt by the Authority of each Draft Monthly Payment Report (or as the parties otherwise agree) to review and seek to agree the contents of such Draft Monthly Payment Report and to discuss (as appropriate) any disputes relating to the calculation or payment of the Monthly Payment (the Monthly Payment Meeting).
