26.7  Actual Monthly Payment Report

Following the Monthly Payment Meeting but no earlier than the final Business Day of the Month in respect of which the Draft Monthly Payment Report is issued, the Service Provider shall send the Actual Monthly Payment Report in the form and containing the content agreed by the parties and either:

(a)  the Service Provider shall send an invoice to the Authority; or

(b)  the Authority shall send an invoice to the Service Provider,

as shall be applicable, in each case for the amount due in respect of the Month to which the Actual Monthly Payment Report relates indicating any amounts which are not agreed by the parties and which may be referred for determination pursuant to the Dispute Resolution Procedure.
