27.2  Payment of Authority Revenue Share

The Service Provider shall pay to the Authority the Authority Revenue Share at the same time as it makes any relevant Distribution.  Where the Service Provider fails to pay the Authority Revenue Share at the same time as it makes the relevant Distribution, interest shall be payable in accordance with clause 26.16.
