30.3  Indemnities

For the avoidance of doubt:

(a)  the indemnities in favour of the Authority contained in clause 30.1 shall be extended to losses incurred by the actions of any Service Provider Party; and

(b)  an indemnity by either party under any provision of this Contract shall be without limitation to any indemnity by that party under any other provision of this Contract.
