32.15  Co-operation

In relation to all matters described in clause 32.11 and clause 32.12, the Service Provider and the Authority shall, and the Service Provider shall procure that the relevant sub-contractor shall, co-operate with the other or others and take all reasonable steps to mitigate any costs and expenses and any adverse effect on industrial or employee relations.
