32A.8  Sub-Contractors

In the event that the Service Provider enters into any sub-contract in connection with this Contract, it shall impose obligations on any such sub-contractor in the same terms as those imposed on the Service Provider pursuant to this clause 32A and shall procure that such sub-contractor complies with such terms.  The Service Provider shall indemnify, and keep the Authority indemnified, in full against all Direct Losses, incurred by the Authority or any Future Service Provider as a result of, or in connection with, any failure on the part of the Service Provider and/or the relevant sub-contractor to comply with this clause 32A.8.
