33.3  Indemnity for a Breach of the Service Provider Admission Agreement

Without prejudice to the generality of this clause 33, the Service Provider hereby indemnifies the Authority and/or any Future Service Provider and, in each case, their sub-contractors from and against all Direct Losses suffered or incurred by it or them which arise from any breach by the Service Provider or any relevant sub-contractor of the terms of the Service Provider Admission Agreement to the extent that such liability arises before or as a result of the termination or expiry of this Contract (howsoever caused).
