33A.3  Co-operation on Termination

On the termination or expiry of this Contract (for whatever reason) for a reasonable period both before and after such termination, the Service Provider undertakes to co-operate fully with the Authority (and any successor which provides to the Authority Service in the nature of any of or any part of the Service) in order to achieve a smooth transfer of the ongoing pension liabilities for future service whereby any employee transferring to such successor are provided with pension benefits which are broadly similar to or better than those with which they were provided under this Contract.
