34.5  Further assurance by the Service Provider

The Service Provider shall, if and when necessary as required by the Authority, at the Authority's expense sign, execute and do and use its reasonable endeavours to procure any third party properly executes all documents and does all acts and things as the Authority may reasonably require to fully and effectively enable the Authority to obtain the benefit of the licence (including the right to grant sub-licences) granted under clause 34.1 and/or the rights assigned to it pursuant to clause 34.3.
