35.3  Duties on the recipient

Where disclosure is permitted under clause 35.2 (other than clauses 35.2(b), 35.2(d), 35.2(e), 35.2(h), and 35.2(j)) the party providing the information shall procure that the recipient of the information shall be subject to the same obligation of confidentiality as that contained in this Contract.
