38.6  Records on Termination or Expiry

Without prejudice to clause 45 (Consequences of Termination/Expiry) upon expiry or earlier termination of this Contract, and in the event that the Authority wishes to enter into another contract for the operation and management of a project the same or similar to the Project, the Service Provider shall (and shall ensure that a Sub-Contractors shall) comply with all reasonable requests of the Authority to provide information relating to the Service Provider's costs of operating and maintaining the Project.
