39.3  Required Action

Following service of a notice under clause 39.2, the Authority shall take such action as notified under clause 39.2 and any consequential additional action as it reasonably believes is necessary (together the Required Action) and the Service Provider shall give all reasonable assistance to the Authority while it is taking the Required Action.
