39.4  Emergency Step-In

The Authority shall be entitled to Step-In forthwith and without prior written notice if the Authority considers that the relevant circumstances are an Emergency.  The Authority shall use all reasonable endeavours to liaise with the Service Provider on the occurrence of an Emergency and to notify the Service Provider of those matters set out in clause 39.2 as soon as practicable.
