40.1  Termination or Expiry of this Contract

Without prejudice to clause 40.2 (Continuing Obligations) this Contract shall terminate on the earlier of:

(a)  the date of termination pursuant to clause 3.1 (Unenforceability of Contract);

(b)  the date of termination pursuant to clauses 31.4(b)(i) and 31.4(b)(ii) (Uninsurable Risks);

(c)  the date of termination by the Authority pursuant to clause 41 (Termination by the Authority);

(d)  the date of termination following a Prohibited Act pursuant to clause 42 (Termination for Corrupt Gifts and Fraud);

(e)  the date of termination by the Service Provider pursuant to clause 43 (Termination by the Service Provider);

(f)  the date of termination following an Event of Force Majeure pursuant to clause 44 (Termination on Force Majeure); and

(g)  the Expiry Date.
