41.1  Voluntary Termination by the Authority

The Authority may terminate this Contract at any time on or before its Expiry Date by serving a Termination Notice on the Service Provider stating:

(a)  that the Authority is terminating this Contract under this clause 41.1;

(b)  that this Contract shall terminate on the date specified in the Termination Notice, which shall be a minimum of twenty (20) Business Days after the date of receipt of the Termination Notice; and

(c)  whether the Authority elects not to take a transfer of the Assets pursuant to clause 45.6 (Transfer of Assets),

and this Contract shall terminate on the date specified in the Termination Notice.
