45.1  Financial Consequences of Termination

Upon termination of this Contract pursuant to clause 31.4 (Uninsurable Risks), clause 41 (Termination by the Authority), clause 42 (Termination for Corrupt Gifts and Fraud), clause 43 (Termination by the Service Provider) and clause 44 (Termination following a Force Majeure Event), compensation payments shall be made by the Authority or the Service Provider (as the case may be) in accordance with Schedule 13 (Compensation on Termination).
