45.3  Provision of Information

The Service Provider shall (subject to any condition imposed on the Service Provider or any Sub-Contractor by Legislation):

(a)  following the service of a Notice of Termination;

(b)  following termination of this Contract when a Termination Notice is not served;

(c)  at any time during the Contract Period immediately upon request from the Authority; and

(d)  no later than six (6) Months and no earlier than twelve (12) Months before the Expiry Date,

supply to the Authority all information reasonably required by the Authority to carry out the Service (including information on the identity, terms and conditions of employment of all employees of the Service Provider or any Sub-Contractor employed in the provision of the Service and information relating to the Assets and/or Service Provider Equipment) and the Service Provider warrants that, to the best of its knowledge and belief, such information is accurate in all material respects.
