46.5  Rectification Work

The Service Provider shall carry out such rectification and/or maintenance work notified pursuant to clause 46.4(a) (the Outstanding Works) in order to reach the Required Standard to the Authority's reasonable satisfaction within the Specified Period and any costs it incurs in carrying out the Outstanding Works shall be at its own expense.
