46.6  Reimbursement

If and to the extent that the Service Provider carries out the Outstanding Works to reach the Required Standard to the Authority's reasonable satisfaction within the Specified Period, the Authority shall (to the extent that then or subsequently there are funds standing to the credit of the Retention Fund Account) reimburse the Service Provider's costs of so doing by withdrawing amounts from the Retention Fund Account and paying these to the Service Provider.  If the aggregate of the amounts from time to time paid into the Retention Fund Account are insufficient to cover the Service Provider's costs, the Service Provider shall bear the balance of its costs itself.
