47.6  Liability

The sub-contracting by the Service Provider of any of the Service shall not relieve the Service Provider of any liability under this Contract for any breach of the obligations arising under this Contract, or for the actions of negligence and/or defaults by any Service Provider Party.  The Service Provider shall not be released from any of its obligations under this Contract as a result of the termination of the appointment of a Sub-Contractor for any reason.
