49.2  Duty to Comply with Legislation

Without prejudice to the generality of clause 25 (Change in Law) and clause 49.1, the Service Provider shall:

(a)  give all notices;

(b)  obtain and maintain in full force and effect; and

(c)  pay all fees required to be paid or given,

by any Legislation and/or Guidance and/or in relation to all Necessary Consents relevant to the provision of the Service and as required for the proper performance of the Service Provider's duties and obligations under this Contract and under any Project Document.
