Notes on Amendments to Project Agreement

The updated model documents contain revised drafting covering:

•  Best Value changes reflecting the move to Comprehensive Area Assessment;

•  Refinancing update in accordance with Addendum 9 to SOPC4;

•  Updated Schedule 19 incorporating new equalities requirements;

•  An implementation of the changes to the TUPE provisions on pensions; and

•  Minor amendments to other provisions, including persistent breach.
