Sub-Contractors (Clause 1.12)

2.57  Under Clause 1.12 the Contractor is required to mirror the obligations imposed by the Agreement on the Contractor in any sub-contracts and requires such Sub-Contractors to comply with such terms. An indemnity is required to cover any default by the Contractor/Sub-Contractor.
