Contractor to Become an Admission Body (Clause 2.1)

3.13  Clause 2.1 requires that Contractors who would like to offer LGPS to transferring employees must obtain admission body status ("ABS") to the LGPS prior to the transfer of employees, and execute an appropriate Admission Agreement. If the employees are transferring to a relevant sub-contractor, the Contractor must ensure that it also complies with this obligation.
