Contractor Admission Agreement (Clause 2.2)

3.14  Clause 2.2 confirms that the Authority will before the transfer date enter into appropriate Admission Agreements with the relevant pension fund Administering Authority and will procure that the Administering Authority also enters into such agreement(s).
