Indemnity or Bond (Clause 2.4)

3.16  Clause 2.4 requires the Contractor and any Sub-Contractor, where relevant, to obtain any bond or indemnity required pursuant to the Admission Agreement. Whether a bond/indemnity is required will largely depend on the status of the Contractor, i.e. is it a Community Admission Body or a Transferee Admission Body.
