Claims from Eligible Employees or Trade Unions (Clause 2.10)

3.28  The Contractor (and any relevant Sub-Contractor) is required to indemnify the Authority and any future contractor or service provider (or any of their subcontractors) of such services for all direct losses incurred by them arising from claims by employees or their representatives in relation to pension rights after the transfer date until the end of the Agreement or which arise from a failure by the Contractor or Sub-Contractor to comply with the Agreement.
