5.6  Occupancy/Capacity

•  The Learner Pool shall be capable of accommodating approximately [x] users per day, (with [y] at peak periods), with a maximum of approximately [z] people in the pool [at any one time] [per hour] plus [n] staff.

•  The Swimming Club/Team shall require a waiting area for up to [50] persons between lessons.

•  Sufficient seating to comply with ASA guidelines shall be provided at the poolside, for the use of swimmers and Swimming Clubs.
