12.5  Occupancy/Capacity

•  The studio should be capable of accommodating a class of [30] persons, typically the classes specified in paragraph 12.2.

•  Each user needs approximately 3.5m², but this needs to be increased by a factor of between 2 and 3 for more dynamic movements across the space.
