20.3  Key Design Requirements

•  Full height ceramic tiles shall be used in all WCs.

•  There shall be at least one clearly signposted unisex accessible WC cubicle on each floor of the Leisure Centre.

•  The Disabled users WC shall be accessible from all areas of the Leisure Centre.

•  Every part of the Leisure Centre shall be within [40m] of a unisex accessible WC.

•  All Disabled WCs shall comply with the Sport England Technical Guidance Note (TGN) "Access for Disabled Users".
