Product Testing and Approval

All buildings, services and equipment shall be commissioned by The Contractor to ensure that they are compliant with the quality and performance specifications, including manufacturer's recommendations set out in these Facilities Requirements.  The Contractor shall commission the Works in accordance with CIBSE and BSRIA guidance and in accordance with this paragraph 2.4.
