4.10  Internal Building Drainage

The Contractor shall provide all necessary drainage to support the Authority's Construction Requirements and aspirations regarding reduced water consumption which shall include but not be limited to:

•  General foul water drainage;

•  General surface water drainage; and

•  Kitchen drainage, inclusive of grease traps.

The Contractor shall ensure all drainage discharges from Site are strictly in accordance with any limits set by the Environment Agency,.
