4.23  Site Specific Requirements

This section allows the Authority to state design requirements on a site(s) by site(s) basis, including demolition and construction site(s) management, particularly where work on number distinct and separate site(s)s require the description of individual requirements, could include additional site(s) specific information for any of the above titles.

Any restrictions on the Contractor or the Works shall be specified e.g. location of a nearby Site of Special Scientific Interest, heritage buildings or local vehicle loading restrictions where these may impact upon the Works.
