5.1  General Requirements

(a)  The Contractor shall be part of the 'Considerate Constructor Scheme' and establish a site(s) liaison group on which all interested parties shall be invited, including the Authority, which shall meet at regular intervals in the immediate run up to, and during, the Works.  

(b)  The Contractor shall only carry out the Works between the hours of [♦] and [♦] Monday to Friday.

(c)  The Contractor shall provide site accommodation for 1 of the Authority staff and 1 car parking spaces marked for Authority staff use only during the carrying out of the Works.

(d)  Temporary external works such as any temporary car parking provision and the Contractor's compound shall be removed and the land shall be remediated to a standard suitable for the proposed hard or soft landscaping.
