2  Required Outcomes

The Contractor shall:

(a)  provide high quality, timely and proactive Maintenance that ensures the integrity of the building fabric, building services, public health and utility systems, furniture and equipment which comprises the Facility;

(b)  minimize disruption to the Users by maintaining the Facility to ensure reactive responses are limited;

(c)  maintain an aesthetically pleasing estate and environment that is conducive to the wellbeing of the Users at all times;  

(d)  ensure that the Facility does not cause or create any hazard to the local environment and/or any person; and

(e)  ensure that adequate equipment is available at all times within the Facility of the right standard, size and quality to deliver the Leisure Service.
