3  Scope of Service

3.1  The Contractor shall provide the Maintenance Services to deliver the following:

(a)  management and Maintenance of all aspects of the Facility;

(b)  management and Maintenance of the Utility Services infrastructure;

(c)  maintenance of Equipment [and Sports Equipment].21

3.2  The Maintenance Services shall be provided 24 hours per day, 365(6) days per year.

3.3  The Maintenance Services apply to all areas of Facility.

3.4  The Contractor shall provide, unless otherwise stated, all requisite Equipment, apparatus and consumable items required for the proper execution of all work which the Contractor is required to carry out under this Maintenance Services Specification; including, without limitation, scaffolding, craneage, tackle, machinery, tools or other appliances and everything else necessary for the work, and shall be responsible for their conveyance, use, subsequent removal, making good and cleaning.

3.5  The Maintenance Services shall be carried out so that the Maintenance Services Standards and the Performance Standards set out in Appendix 1 to this Part A of the Services Specification are met in all regards.
