8  Statutory testing

8.1  The Contractor shall undertake all actions, including Rectification, arising from planned tests and inspections including insurance inspections. All such works shall be treated as Routine Faults unless the circumstances are such that they constitute an Emergency Fault.

8.2  The Contractor shall ensure all new Equipment [and Sports Equipment] is commissioned in accordance with manufacturers' instructions.  This shall include the production of [maintenance manuals] and as fitted drawings within timescales agreed with the Authority.
