10  Monitoring and Reporting

10.1  The Contractor shall prepare and supply all information reasonably required by any person, firm, governmental authority or other body to whom the Authority is obliged to present information at any time in relation to the performance of the Maintenance Services. Such requests shall be responded to within five (5) Business Days unless otherwise agreed with the Authority, in the agreed format.

10.2  Where responses go directly to third parties, the Authority shall be copied in on such responses.

10.3  The Contractor shall record all complaints and respond to any complaints in accordance with the relevant Authority's Policies, or as agreed with the Authority.

10.4  The Contractor shall make accessible to nominated Authority staff the data relating to the Facility held electronically by the Contractor.
