2  Required Outcomes

2.1  The Contractor shall deliver the Services set out in this Part B of the Services Specification so as to achieve the following outcomes:

(a)  the provision of a programme of sports and activities at the Facility that will increase year on year, encourage participation in sport and promote physical activity and healthy living amongst all sections of the community with a focus on the Target Community that meets the Authority Leisure Requirements and is set out in the SPADP;

(b)  that the Authority Protected Organisations are able to use the Facility at the Designated Times for the Priority Bookings;

(c)  the provision of opportunities for participation, and progression in a range of sports and other forms of physical activity for people of various ages and abilities, in accordance with the SPADP;

(d)  advertising and communication of the sports and activities referred to in the Marketing and Communications Plan; and

(e)  achievement of the Performance Standards set out in Appendix 1.

2.2  The Contractor shall comply with the Authority Leisure Requirements and the SPADP.
