5  Monitoring and Reporting

5.1  The Contractor shall accurately monitor and record all usage of the Facility on a daily basis so that the quantum and profile of use (i.e. activity, category of User and the personal profile of Users) is available to the Authority on demand.   

5.2  The Contractor shall record every visit to the Facility on every day the Facility is open for use.  If, for whatever reason, the computerised electronic admission fails to operate, the Contractor shall operate a back-up system for recording visits to ensure continuous data collection.

5.3  The Contractor shall provide the Authority with a progress report on the SPADP and, in particular, the achievement of the Participation Targets in the first week of every third month of the Contract Year.  The progress report shall be broken down by month and shall set out details of the performance of the Contractor, including the visits and participation by different categories of Users compared with the Participation Targets.
