6  Pricing Policy

6.1  The Contractor shall, subject to the requirements relating to the charging of Core Prices, set out in the Authority Pricing Requirements and operate a pricing structure that maximise revenues from Users which can afford to pay the market rate for activities and services at the Facility.  The Contractor shall utilise such revenues to cross-subsidise use by the Target Community who shall be entitled to use the Facility at heavily discounted rates and/or free-of-charge.

6.2  The Contractor shall ensure that the Authority Protected Organisations are charged the Core Prices for the Priority Bookings.

6.3  The Contractor may suggest changes to the Core Prices at any time throughout the Services Period.  Such changes will be considered by the Authority provided that the decision on whether the Contractor can implement such changes will be at the Authority's sole discretion.

6.4  The Contractor may charge less than the Core Prices at different times of day or at different times during the year dependent on the seasonal requirements of the particular Sports Activity.

6.5  For the avoidance of doubt, the Contractor may charge any prices for use of the Facility and/or any Sports Activity to the extent it does not form part of the Authority Pricing Requirements provided that such prices do not in any way inhibit the achievement of any other requirement of this Agreement.
