Service Requirements

11.2  The Minimum Opening Hours of the Facility shall be as set out below:

[06.30] to [22.00]

Monday to Friday;

[09.00] to [20.00]

Saturday, Sunday and public holidays;

Closed

Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Christmas Day and New Years Day.

11.3  The Minimum Opening Hours for Zones (to the extent they are different to the Minimum Opening Hours for the Facility) are set out in the relevant Zone Data Sheets.

11.4  The Contractor shall ensure all Users vacate the Facility or the Zone (as the case may be) before the relevant closing hours.

11.5  The Facility shall not be used for public use or any other activity outside the Minimum Opening Hours unless agreed in writing by the Authority's Representative.

11.6  The Contractor shall submit proposals to the Authority for any changes to the Opening Hours for the Facility or any Zone no later than three (3) months prior to the date of the proposed change in Opening Hours.  The Authority may, in its absolute discretion, refuse to agree to any change to the Opening Hours and shall not be obliged to give any reasons for its refusal.

11.7  If the Authority agrees to amend the Opening Hours of the Facility or any Zone, the Contractor shall:

(a)  give a minimum of [eight (8)] weeks notice of such change in the Opening Hours to all Users; and

(b)  display notices detailing the change in the Opening Hours in prominent positions around the Facility and on the Facility website.

11.8  The Reception Helpdesk shall be open and staffed during all Opening Hours.
