Monitoring and Reporting

11.9  Any failure to make the Facility (or any Zone) available to the Users during the Minimum Opening Hours (including any failure to open on time) shall be notified to the Authority immediately.

11.10  The Contractor shall record any hours that the Facility or any Zone is not open during the Minimum Opening Hours.  Details of the reasons for any closure (or lateness in opening) and any remedial action taken by the Contractor shall be also recorded and shall form part of the Performance Monitoring Report.
