Service Requirements

7.1  The Contractor shall implement an efficient and effective Booking System for all Sports Activities with multiple options for public access, including in person, by phone, in writing and electronically.

7.2  The Contractor shall prepare an update of the Booking System at the times specified in paragraph 7.3 of this Part C of the Services Specification.  The Booking System shall incorporate comprehensive terms and conditions for hire, advanced booking arrangements, cancellation and non-attendance policies, customer information, effective administration systems, and robust and reliable management information systems to record and effectively deliver all bookings.  As a minimum, the Booking System shall meet the requirements set out in Appendix 2.
