1 Definitions
Any terms and expressions used in this Part D of the Services Specification shall bear the same meaning as set out in clause 1 (Definitions and Interpretation) of this Agreement unless set out below or the context otherwise requires:
Contract Manager means a member of Staff who satisfies the criteria set out in paragraph 4.2 of this Part D of the Services Specification
Duty Manager means the person or persons appointed as such by the Contractor (or the Leisure Operator) for the managing of the Facility
Equipment has the meaning given to it in Part A of this Services Specification
Opening Hours has the meaning given to it in Part B of this Services Specification
Performance Monitoring Report has the meaning given to it in the Payment Mechanism
Quest Accreditation means the Contractor has received full accreditation under Quest
Sports Equipment has the meaning given to it in Part A of this Services Specification
Staff means a person employed or engaged by the Contractor (including for the avoidance of doubt the Contractor's Representative) or the Leisure Operator or the FM Contractor to work in the Facility and/or provide any of the Services and/or manage this Agreement
User Satisfaction Survey has the meaning given to it in Part C of this Services Specification
