6  Child Protection

The Contractor shall provide a Child Protection Policy and Staff Code of Conduct to the Authority no later than [three (3)] months prior to the Planned Services Availability Date and shall keep the same updated at all times.  The Child Protection Policy and the Contractor's adoption of child protection procedures shall be in accordance with the guidelines contained within Appendix 2 of this Part D of the Services Specification.
