Service Requirements

7.1  The Contractor shall continuously monitor performance of the Services and provide to the Authority the information and reports set out in Appendix 3 to this Part D of the Services Specification.

7.2  The Contractor shall attend (as a minimum) quarterly meetings with the Authority to discuss:

(a)  the Facility and the Services;

(b)  the Performance Standards;

(c)  maintenance, health and safety;

(d)  major incidents; and

(e)  marketing and communications.

These meetings shall be in addition to the Monitoring Meetings required pursuant to Appendix 6 of the Payment Mechanism and the Liaison Meetings required pursuant to Schedule 10 (Liaison Procedure).

7.3  The Performance Monitoring Report shall be submitted in accordance with Appendix 6 of the Payment Mechanism.

7.4  The Annual Services Report shall, as a minimum:

(a)  provide a summary of the results and recommendations set out in the reports set out in the Appendix 3 to this Part D of this Services Specification; and

(b)  report on performance against the reports and the standards set out in the Services Specification.
